Changing Your Profile Pic

I know this may seem silly to some, but I ALWAYS have trouble changing my profile picture for PnQ. It always tells me the file is too big, but I have no idea how to shrink the image? I have tried uploading from my phone, not laptop. But if anybody can help me out and give me advice on how to shrink an images file size from either phone or laptop, please let me know!

If you have a photo editor on your computer or phone you should be able to did it through that. Or you can always resort to an online editor like http://www.picresize.com/

Images should be in JPG or GIF format and not bigger than 130x150 pixels and 20Kb for your profile picture.

Thank y'all! Any suggestions for apps on the phone? Is picresize an app? If I can't find an app I'll try out the websites!

Oh wait I just saw that picresize is the website. I had a brain fart. Sorry haha. My statement still stands though! Any app suggestions?
