Ok, what was the DJJ time for, were you with him at the time he was supposed to be with him and how much more do you trust your boyfriend over your mum?

Well, you seem determined not to give up what he is accused of and it is also apparent that regardless of what your mum thinks you're going to keep seeing your boyfriend.

But it's a trust issue. Your mum does not trust you to remain safe and out of trouble at all times while you're with this kid.

Remember this isn't about love, it's just about trust. It's about your safety and your education.

If you think that you might get caught up in trouble at school or outside of it because of your lad then I am with your mum. Parents don't make snap decisions or idly decide they don't like someone, there is always a good reason. Maybe you should talk with your mum about this more in depth before it ruins your relationship.

Easy way to get her attention is to say that until she wants to talk about it like an adult you'll carry on seeing him.

Just remember that you choose boyfriends and they do come and go, but you can't choose family.
