anyone on here have a knowledge of British Naval history?

The reason I ask is I've to give a speech/presentation at a posh dinner event celebrating the battle of trafalgar. Think dinner suit and bow tie event.

And yes I look a like a birk dressed that way.

This happens annually and it's fallen to me this year. Not being one for speeches I decided to do it my way and wrote a poem.

I'm not gonna make it public until after the event but I would like some honest feedback on it before I have to stand in front of about 100 people and tell this tale.

If anyone can help me, gives a shout and I'll send the poem via personal message. The rest of you will have to wait until October lol.
