Magical/Mystical Creatures - Results

This has been one of the most exiting rollercoasters of a competition I think I've ever hosted. With stiff competition for everyone. At one point 4 ties then two ties and finally whittled down to the final top three. Which is testament to the popularity and high standard of entries.

Huge thanks to everyone who submitted their poems and to all the judges who sent in their much needed votes.

I don't know if any HP fans caught it, but thestrals are the creatures that Harry and Luna are able to see, that pull the carriages to and from the train station. They can only be seen by those who have witnessed death and are often misunderstood. Those magical creatures, along with hippogriffs, always stuck with me.
