even if you right, I think partially, it was suggested as the mean of prevention rather than cure. It says one could use it when is suspicious of or feel the first signs of symptoms. In the case after the disease itself, it could still help because the main habitat of the virose , due to the temperature is sinuses. |

Like I said earlier, the virus replicates inside your body and gets beneath, even if breathing in hot air kills the virus on the surface, guess what? There's cells underneath replicating underneath that'll make its way to the body. |

Thanks for that Hiraeth, it seems that's why our doctors here recommend washing hands for 20sec under warm water as opposed to sanitisers. Didn't know that's how it worked on a micro-level though, very interesting. |

Anyway I think the knowledge of the clip is a vital knowledge. The fact that they can not survive in the heat above 55-7 is beneficial. We could use saunas and, heated places or even a blow dryers as a mean of prevention: by cleansing our nose and mouth, whenever coming from suspicious gathering and crowd, then as a mean of immediate healing: as soon as we feel like cold and influenza, before they as has Hiraeth said: "replicates inside your body and gets beneath" and even there still using this method is beneficial because as a war strategist would say: always it is good to cut the enemies supplies. It doesn't guarantee the victory but it is vital. Yes at last as the mean of some partial cure even then after diagnosis, by killing the throat viruses we do nat do the disease any favor. |

I personally rarely get sick but i also wash my hands more times in a day than most people do in a week. It is pretty obvious staying inside when sick, self isolating and washing your hands/staying clean will kill this virus. |

CJ, that's good information and I received the same information from a video posted by a healthcare professional. While I was sick, I was making sure to sleep on my stomach and I was doing the breathing exercises. They helped. |

Since 2000 my family and closed other ones spray it on our fruits and vegetables . They say do not digest it like a glass.or two, but gargling or spraying in the mouth or noise is safe. |

though they dilute it below the 3% in order to eat, (spray on the vegs and fruits- give to cancer patients...) |

You can check many online pages that say it helps whiten and clean the teeth. And it does. It's an oxidant, which means it kills bacteria (not viruses...). Anyway, gums are sensitive, the enamel contains fluoride which could be oxidated. Hence the enamel is prone to erode by oxidants. |

I know every little thing about hydrogen peroxide, ddavidd. I definitely know what oxymedicine is. Giving a meds to a cancer patient is one thing, and gargling with it to kill "viruses" is another thing. |

Haha Okay guys I could show you some research. I am also in touch with alternative doctors. I do some myself. Using HP for internal cleansing and cancer treatment is cutting edge they do not use it in many countries. |

Fair enough ddavidd... I think people should listen to their bodies before their doctors sometimes, so in that respect I understand where you were going with alternative medicine but, if something is not clinically proven then it cannot be claimed as a a cure. I eat an orange every day and have not had a cold in forever but, I cannot really prove that a daily intake of vitamin C is the reason but, it seems to work for me at least so...I will continue having my orange but I could not recommend it to anyone as a cure for the cold just because it seems to work for me. |

Doctors don't know about chemicals more than chemists and pharmacists. I'm not saying hydrogen peroxide is not a cure. I'm saying it's toxic. |

Chill, pal. It's okay to be wrong about something out of your field of study. Don't know where all this drama is coming from. I just wanted to make sure that YOU and every member know that it's not safe. But whatever floats your boat. |

I am chill., I am so chill that I accept my fault. I am really sincere about my accepting my not well thought suggestion.. That it was irresponsible of me to bring these that could be very dangerous if even right, when used wrongly. And now because of you I know it is not right. Thanks for standing your ground |
