looking for a poem

Hi, I'm looking for a poem I read once on an old PA Keystone Exam. I'm fairly sure it was a female author and it was about her returning to a home she once lived in, standing at the front door and she's thinking about how it's not the same as what she remembers or that she has so many memories here and she wrestles with going in or not and I think ultimate decides she cant. I know that's really vague but I remember I really liked the poem but don't remember the name. If anyone knows what I'm talking about that would be great. Thanks!
