Kuebiko 2020 by Hellon (10 points)

This poem just melted my heart for the emotion that goes with it
but also for the passionate and graceful words that are entangled
within as well. What a beautiful and powerful poem by Hellon!

The Werewolf - Nove Otto by Everlasting (10 points)

I like being introduced to new poetry forms. The, 'Nove otto' "A nine line poem,
Syllabic, 8 syllables per line Rhyme Scheme: aabccbddb
    Created by Scott J. Alcorn " http://www.shadowpoetry.com/resources/wip/noveotto.html "
is certainly an interesting one, and one that could prove a challenge for
some, but not for this poet. We will wait and see, maybe we will see more of these?
This poet uses this form well, applying expert smooth meter to display interesting
content. The story is neatly condensed within a compact frame. Surely if we could,
we would use a witch’s spell to force a lover’s loyalty – firing cauldrons up across
the lands! Or maybe not? The footnote was a nice touch! The last rhyme may not
be quite right. I, however, think it works just fine!

    13. by Prophecies In Kodak (7 points)

The narrative of one’s mind explored down a page, in a, pleasing,
conversational tone. It is admirably honest, open, and like the words in
a diary, somewhat secret, never meant to be seen. The format works well,
pleasing breaks that enable the reader to process. I liked the inserted
(perspectives) that work through a negative, explore the reasons and
settle serenely in the knowledge that some relationships/feelings are just
    as they should be.

Wrong Turns by Mimi (7 points)

I have used the crack in concrete metaphor a few times within my
poetry and I have read a few as well, but this poem by Mimi blew me
away, it truly made the metaphor come to life and upheld the metaphor
with a powerful message, just beautiful!

A day in the dark by Ky (4 points)

Ky took this dark poem and gave it light,
the outline, format was just brilliant and flowed
very nicely while reading. Excellent word display!

Give me the boring by chandelier (4 points)

“give me the boring any day” that is a phrase I hear from time to time.
Why would anyone ‘thrive’ on it, though? This poet explains that living with
‘rage’ and the pretence of happiness is damaging, to the extent of stifling
personal growth. Surely, one person idea of a ‘boring life’ is another’s perfect
place where, stable foundations are laid, and a happy home is built? It certainly
beats the cycle of break up/ make up, which may seem exciting, but is it? I say,
good luck, vanilla is the new rainbow where dreams can become a reality!
