Welcome back! :D
I know others have mentioned before that writing can often bring back hurtful moments in our life, either remembering or trying to process traumas that still affect us and that we're still processing.
On this site, I always feel a sense of calm reading Tanya Southey's works. They're quite reflective. "The Week of Grounding" for instance.

Also, hiraeth on here. He has a lot of poems dealing with love, yearning, sadness but one specific piece, "you are love", is about exactly what the title states: https://www.poems-and-quotes.com/poems/1280676
Feel free to post in the main forum with any ideas for contents or prompts! We can all share some titles or anything to hopefully inspire one another.
