Hello people...

Hello everyone, it's been a few years.
I've ventured back to read through some of my scribbling.

It occured to me that this site started a heady decline when clubs were axed.

Who remembers the club battles, sitting up until the small hours churning out poem after poem.

I miss those nights.

They were magical. I'm just thankful I was in the thick of it at the time.

I hope some of the great people from back then still pop in

I'm doing alright, thanks. A few life changes so I'm figuring things out, but I'm moving forward.

Anything new with you?

I quit my job and opened my own store

I sell records, art and musical instruments

I basically get to paint ???? all day listening to records.

I too miss the clubs, the club wars and the nefarious plots cooked up in those clubs. Really brought great activity to the main boards.

since you’ve been gone, this site is quiet
i check from time to time the screen
to see if someone comes by it,
And here today i see you came

can i just ask without a shame,
without disrespecting yourself,
have you come back to write a sonnet?
i mean, you know you want to..
