What is happening to me?

I cut but i haven't in about 2 weeks im doing pretty good. yeah i have felt like doing it.. but like now i don't know what is happening. everything is going good. my mom is kinda away from me now i dont live with her anymore. But -like tonite and other nites- when i was in the shower i like turned the water as hot as it could go and just sat there letting it scold my back. I don't know why. It felt good and i just felt kinda sad i guess... like i have before. I don't know what is happening to me.. someone help me or something... thanx alot

yea but they don't stay. my skin just turns really red and after like a half a hour or so it goes away..... but i do the same thing u do sep with hot water and i let it pour over my head
