How many of you guys use an elastic rubber band or Hair clip instead of cutting? Ive seeen people do it and tell me about it. What kind of theorpy is that?

rubber bands are kinda annoying.... they leave a huge nasty welt and they dont really hurt. so i think it's kinda pointless.

rubber bands and stuff don't work they don't hurt as much and don't really at all after a while. i agree with jenn they r pointless. ice doesn't either... i can't really think of n e thing that helps me and is a sub for cutting....

i have done it a lot sometimes, but they dont really work unless i have like a hair tie or something with either a metal or plastic part on it, or it doesnt hurt that much. but i did it instead of cutting which is good though.

I try doing that.. but it doesn't work. Not for me anyway.

For me i need to see the blood... and unless i snap really really hard thats not happening...
