Well if they truly want to lose weight...it's easy. I know from experience. It gets to the point where you feel sick after you eat. And when you're hungry it feels good. I know that sounds weird but thats how it is for me.It's a very hard thing to get out of too. |

It's soemthimg you just tell yourself, that if you eat you will be fat and that's my worst fear!!! I feel sich when I eat and after I just go to the toilet and gets it all up, until I finally feel goos again....I love seeing my bones in the mirror and feel the hunger when I'm hungry, that my motivation....and looking at skinny models!!! |

Coming from a person who was once anorexic -------->The way to lose weight ISN'T to stop eating. Eat lots of veg and exercise. If you stop eating, or cut down on eating too much, then when you do start eating again properly ( and trust me you will), then most of the weight you put on goes back on as lovely FATTY cellulite....resulting in you hating your appearance more than when you started trying to stop eating. |

yeah toni is right. I have a friend who was anorexic, (sp), when she finally started eating, and not like overly eating, just being normal, she gained it all back and even more. Not to say you should keep being anorexic. Just don't start because if you do, once you stop, you gain all your weight back and more. Just a warning to ya'll! |
