Love at first sight is a fallacy. Like Azreal said, it is attraction or megnatism, but you cannot LOVE someone truly at SIGHT. You dont know them, you know what they look like and you can percieve their essence, but love is something that grows. It is not instantaneous.

My boyfriend, whom I love more than anything in this world, and I, had an instant connection, and we both knew we would be together, but we didnt LOVE each other at first sight. The LOVE grew.

You just contradicted yourself, if love knows no time frame, sight only takes a few seconds, and it would be possible to "love" at first sight.

I totally believe in love at first sight...I've experienced it myself. I just knew that once I'd seen him I wanted to be with him for the rest of my life...it's a completely different feeling to a crush...just seeing him in front of me...not even having spoken to him...i loved him!

Lust at first sight is probably more accurate a phrase. love develops and grows over time. That bang on stomach dropping tension when you first see a girl is not love, that's the need to get in her pants

Love at first sight?...I don't believe in it. lol, maybe the second time around though. ah, j/k. I just believe love is something that grows on you overtime. Love at 1st sight seems to be too much of a physical attraction than one that can truly create that strong bond of love. Yeah, just spend some time with each other and get to know the real person. Besides...I believe that if you believe in love at first sight...you'll never stop looking. Well, that's my opinion.

I think that you can think that you like someone at first site...but not love. I felt like that a while ago..and i thought it was love, but then I got to know the guy, and i keep on liking him even more. So i dont know where love starts...and where like still lives. but it all depends on how you look at it

I do because if its love at first sight then that means it was meant to be meaning it had to be true love.
