1) It's something I dashed off.
2) Oh, I like her work too. And,
3) I wrote this poem especially
for you.

then again people who do this:1) false claim that the poem is theirs; arn't really poets at all just wanna be's.

But yes yours are just as good! :)

True... I think the reason some poets claim their poems to be a true story when in fact it isn't, is just a cry for attention. They cannot get anyone to read their true work, so they make up a false story to publish themselves. It is like a little sign held up by a fourteen year old saying "I'm desperate for attention! Please feel bad for me!"
