well, its good that you started listening to people then. how much do you weigh? you may not even need to starve yourself? what do you mean punish yourself? our bodies NEED food. that's how we survive. if you want to lose weight, do it the old fashoned way, go for a two mile jog every day. it worked for me! |

ok, this is going to be a slow recovery, but YOU CAN DO IT!!! first, start eating again slowely.. dont go right for the whopper from bk... start eating without punishing yourself. like.. start with a piece of bread. all the while you need to think to yourself "its ok to eat" your mind is a powerful tool. if you think it, you will start to believe it. then go for a short walk after you eat. DO NOT GO FOR A LONG RUN you need to start out slow. then gradually start to progress in your eating. maybe put some peanut-butter on the bread. good luck to you. |
