He obviously does not love or care about you if he can do that to you. You should go find someone who will be loyal and honest to you, as well as RESPECT you.

Love does not equate to a lasting or healthy relationship, you can love anyone, but not everyone is capable of being a good lover that will take care of you and not hurt you, you obviously cannot trust him with your feelings.

Dump him. Find someone who will love you as loyally as you would love them.
