Fat!!! I HATE IT

    Does anyone no any great ways to lose weight, pills, exercises or some kind of herbal shit, plz tell me.

    i normally stp eating completly when i am feeling fat but apparently its bad so just expersice heeps so youd ont get yelled at by everyone

    Eat less bad foods, eat healthier foods, don't drink pop at all or beer... Umm excersise at least three times a week. And don't EVER EVER EVER eat candy, fast food, or cake...

    Food:
    CUT OUT BREAD!
    eat lots of gd food.
    go ahead and eat a lil bit of junck. ( not alot, and once a week)

    excersise:
    walk everynight for 30min +
    try some excersise vids.
    dont sit arownd all day.

    If you want to not gain or lose weight you need to stay acive for atleast 60 minutes a day. If you want to lose weight you need to stay active for atleast 90 minutes a day.

    Also, Eat healthy. I find the most effective is to stay under 2000 calories or less a day! A pound is gained mainly by intaking around 3500 calories or more and sometimes that is what we intake for about 'one or two meals' if we are not careful about what we eat. It all adds up!!

    Also there is the low carb diet. This worked very well for some friends who have tried it.

    Actually i know alot. You see I'm a runner and i once lost 12 lbs in a month with eating junk food and other un-healthy shit. What i suggest is that you run. Every mile that you run you burn about 150 calories. Then when you done eat somethin small with little calories and for any meal after that try to have as little calories as possible. Now watch yourself this can also be very dangerous because if you get addicted to the running (serisoly doubt it) and keep doin that and not replacing the calories you will start to lose muscle fiber.     Anything with caffeine isn't good. I had a caffeine addiction, u don't wanna go there. Decaf. LA la la

    if you have enough self control to be anorexic you can diet a little. The trick is, not eating after 7:00 pm. Because you don't do anything that late at night, you just sit around and watch tv. So you can't burn it off, you just go to bed with all these calories. so try not to eat in the evening besides supper. Also, drink lots and lots and lots of water. I gurantee that if you drink 8 cups of water a day, you'll loose weight by just doing that. But do more. Also, you have to eat breakfast. Why? because if you don't your motabolism wont get going. (thats what your energy is) so you wont have energy, and your body won't burn of excess fat. Therefore, even a small breakfast is helpful. Just start w/ 10 mins of exercise every other day, be regular, then add a little more, and a little more. And plus you'll feel better

    So if im running for 45minutes a day plus all my other activities and im not over eating or anything but i cant get the weight off

    you may not be over eating, but are you eating crap food? Do you eat after supper time? These are things you shouldn't do.

    To loose weight you must exercise more and eat less junk. Do not cut down carbohydrates; that's a no-no.
    But basically you need to speed up your metabolism; and once you've lost the weight you want you MUSt keep up the same ruitine. If you don't, you will imbalance your diet and gain wieght.

    So; in short, eat more fruits and vegies, maybe get some natural juices to help from a health store if it helps. And to excersize more, just take up a sport. To have a healthy physical activity level you must do:
    - 2-3 forms of sweating, pulse fasting sports a week
    - 2-3 stretches, yoga activites a week
    - 2-3 muscle building activities a week
    - at least an hour of walking a day. That could be in intervals; you'd probably walk an hour at school or to school or just around the shops.

    Also, you do not necesserily need to work out hard to loose weight. If you are a naturally lazy person, changing that will let you loose some pounds because your body has not adapted to the activites.

    Do not try any of the diets magazines usually display- the atkins diet is very bad for you, since it lacks fibre and carbohydrates. Also eat three meals a day, a large breakfast with fruit will help. Try not to eat much after dinner; the body wont exercise during the night when you're asleep, so the food gets stored, not burned.

    You can have candy or sweets now and again... it's not going to kill you or ruin your diet... just eat good stuff most of the time.
