A teacher could be someone you could talk to, they are bound by teacher/student confidentiality, although there are some situations where they can break the confidentiality like if you told them you are going to physically harm yourself, but they could be someone safe to talk to. It really depends on the situation.

Yeah I made brilliant friends with my college principal - she was such a supporting friend to me through some hard times growing up - I still catch up with her for coffees and stuff, we get together...if you know you can trust them go for it, its always a bonus to have a teacher on your side...because whilst at school whether you like or not they are the ones with authority...

well i have a mint teacher who i talk to about stuff but, i no if i told him anything BIG he would have to tell the main teacher person who handles all the kids "problems" which i don't think i cud ever imagine myself talkin him instead He is a fagot. But the other teacher he is just always there, and i think if it was a really seriuos thing tht i knew i had to tell sumone i would probably tell him over any of my friends?!?!? weird or wat lol

Teachers aren't friends they're just there for da money...your friends are supposed to be there to help...maybe you can try talking to them instead

so synical. Most (admittedly not all) of my teachers were more concerned that we were taught not just subjects but life aswell. Maybe foreign teachers are different but my teachers were always approachable.
