Very confusing....Perhaps if he is treating you the way he is you should hope he does not come back to you....I understand that you love him, but you don't deserve to be treated this way...and since he chose her over you, perhaps you should just accept that....and move one, try to find someone else....I know that is easier said than done, but it's just my opinion....

It's a defence mechanism. He likes you but likes another, too. You can guarantee that when he does break up with her (and he will) he'll be calling you soon after.

It's a way for him to cope, nothing more.
