I think that if it's killing you so much that your threatening your own life that you should tell your mother that she is a horrible parent to doubt your claim of such a horendous act, and go to the police by yourself. If she doesn't believe you now, she'll probably believe you then.
If you don't, you'll be putting others in danger of your uncle. So if your scared to go to the police, think of all the other people who could be hurt by him if you don't.
