If it says "poisenous" and "may cause vomiting" than you are going to vomit...are you asking is it a coincidence that the warning label was true??

Also, this is a sad attempt for attention. If you were truly worried about being poisened (even though you claimed to be attempting to take your life) you would have called the hospital, not posted it on the internet.

Usually when someone says that someone doesn't know how to ask for help, they mean they get too nervous, resort to drugs etc;
That doesn't apply here. First: if this person was actually serious about commiting suicide, they wouldn't be asking for help, they would be chugging more cleaner or be dead.
Second: If they had truly been afraid for their life, they would have called a hospital, I think everyone knows how to do that:)

Pinkalias: First: over 2/3 of people who commit suicide, have asked for help before they do it. Most dont actually want to do, but feel there is no other escape from the pain.

Second: I've been in the same situation, and was afraid for my life, and its hard to explain but at the time, you're really not thinking straight and you fear telling anyone because of the consequences of how much damage you've done/ someone close to you finding out. Strange, but as I said, you're not in a straight frame of mind at the time.

people who actually, thoroughly, want to die don't ask for help when they've put themselves in a dangerous situation.
Most of suicidal people merely keep telling themselves that they want to die because their lives are horrible at the time. They keep telling themsleves this untill they completely believe it, and when they do attempt it, they realize subconciously they want to live. Unfortunetly much of the time they realize this too late, and the suicide is accomplished before anything can be done.

I'm not saying that suicidal people don't exist, TRUST ME I know people can go through horeindous pain that pushes them to the limit. But these people who truly want to die do it in non-violent fashions and in a discreete way as to not horrify loved ones and such. Also, these people don't give second thoughts, and do not perform it on impulse. They contemplate over it for even years and do it without doubt as to what they are doing.

Many people start of by giving out suicide threats, as a plead for some help because they're on this downward spiral and they can't get off...which 1/4 of the time leads to their suicide within 3 years. This is why when people make threats, they should always be taken seriously...no matter whether we think they're attention seeking or what.

You didn't have to highlight the 'trust me' part, i do know what its like.

yea I didn't mean you said non-suicidal people don't ask for help, I meant suicidal people don't usually ask for it after they've commited the act (ex: a guy overdoses on pills, has second thoughts, then goes crying to his mom to take him to the hospital)

I think you've got a bit confused with what I was saying, but nevermind its ok.

I actually once did what that 'guy' did, and i know several others who did.....things really aren't black and white when you're feeling suicidal. Other than that I do see your point even if we have different views.

Whats with all the quick ring 911 messages. Hardly going to be effective from Australia, is it? If she wanted an ambulance, ringing 000 is gonna be more effective than 911.
