Ever found that...

The person who you love...isn't the person you really thought they were? I just had a major fall out with a guy...adn it turns out he's really not what I ever would have imagined, and he's basically one big act! anyone else in the same boat?

one of my friends went out wid a another of my friend until he showed his true colours and they werent colourful. an everything reall got messed.

People can be such great chameleons

I have a rule that you never truly know a person unless you have been with them for an entire year- through every holiday, through the ins and the outs of life, the ups and downs (not just like that you nasty minded people...), family drama, pressure from people around you, old anniversary dates with X's, etc.

It is SOOO easy for people to act differently than they will when the relationship "settles in," I call it "best behavior syndrome," and it is a big issue, because you think someone is one way- then you find out they are totally a different way or they feel completely differently than they say they do.

Anyway- after a year, it is much safer to gauge.

My ex boyfriend i thought was "perfect" but he dumped me just before 8 months cos he didnt wanna girlfriend yet he still wanted to sleep with me and everything..dodgey...well he turned out to be an a$$hole!!!! I'm with somebody so much better than him...been with him for over a year now :-) xxx
