I need some advice from anyone with kids

First, go to the police.

Second, you say your afraid how taking your son away from his father will affect him.
Consider this, how will you allowing a phsycotic man who actually thinks he has right to part a mother and child will affect him?

Also, I don't understand why you LET him take your son in the first place. He is after all your son, so I don't understand why you didn't go to the police, conisdering this is pretty much considered kidnaping.

If you care about your son, get him away from that man.

That's a really difficult question....If the father of my son took him I'd steal him back in a second, but that's probably not the best way to deal with it.....it's probably better to let the courts deal with it.... but you can't always rely on the court systems...sorry I'm not much help and I know it's hard, need to talk and I'm here....

- If you didn't know about him taking your son away and you had no prior arrangements, then what he has and is doing is illegal and classed as kidnapping. Certainly go to the police. Get something offical if you haven't already.

the father abducted his own child even so he still commited kidnap. go to the police...dont let him take advantage of u..dont be scared.......stand up for urself...

if u want an opinion from a child, here it is. i am 15. my mother ripped me away from my father when i was 2 years old and i havent seen him since. obviously this has affected me very badly as otherwise i woukdnt be cutting and i wouldnt be on a depression website. so do whatever u can to get both this kids parents in his life, or he will suffer trust me xxxxxxxxxxx

I said he was phsycotic considering that this mother did explain the situation and said that he TOOK OFF with her son and refuses to LET her see him without his permission.
That, is sick.

And, I'm sorry but either you are lying about going to the police, or there is seriously something wrong with whats going on in your area, because even though he's the father, not "allowing" or preventing a woman from seeing her child is illegal. (unless theres something your not telling us and your actually a crack whore)

To be fair, she wasn't calling you a crack whore, she was simply suggesting that there might be something that you weren't telling us....regardless, I hope something works out soon....
