For starters you can't get addicted to smoking cinnamon sticks, they don't have addictive chemicals in them.

Secondly your only 13, I suggest you quit while you're ahead because it sounds like you have addictive personality tendencies - I do too tho but just nip it in the bud before it gets too out of control :o)
