    Hey lets all have a simple conversation. Anyone wanna feel free to start off its cool with me. Im just curious to see how late i can stay up right because im suffering from insomnia lol lol

    someone who is un able to sleep. A person who is basically a night owl and will never sleep til their eyes start to hurt which is not til sometimes in the late morning like 8:00 and sometimes end up in days without sleep.

    Its 8:53 right now and im at TCTC or Trumbull Career and Technical Center doin some Lab work. Its really boring here lol

    Not sure but iv had it most of my life and back to back it has come and gone ever since. Its very strange. In the summer especially I can stay up for 3 to 4 days straight without tiredness

    INSOMNIA

    if u are depressed u may suffer from insomnia
    if u stay up late...and alter ur normal sleeping patterns u may get insomnia
    taking drugs or cns stimulants will alter u sleeping patterns
    if u have anxiety prOblems ....hmm jsut what i can think of so far..

    I feel depression is the result of my insomnia. Too much stress and emotional pain

    isnt there another disorder about people who cant sleep? I think there is another name for it. Anyways, anyone catch the roast of jeff foxworthy on a few nights ago on comedy central? it was hilarious lol

    its 20.16 so not very late i admit at the mo but i usually am a night owl too! not normally tired when i go to bed which is usually around 2ish n then lay awake for few hours then eventually drop off to sleep! hehe so anyone up anywhere where it is actually late?

    its like almost nine here but i stay up pretty late. usually to about 3:30. i can't really sleep very good...too many nightmares.
