U are very young and u will probably have many different boyfriend throughout ur life until u find the right one. Longterm is really not 6 months try 9 years now that was longterm. U have to look at it is this the person u really love enough to spend the rest of ur life with? If not move on. I made the mistake of wasting alot of my life in a relationship that I knew was wrong I was just hoping for change. Remember something u can never change a persons personality so if it's not there it's not there it more than likely won't work out in the long run. Just my opinion based on my personal experiences.

Be honest. Tell him that you love him but the relationship isn't working for you and you need a change. But you have to be honest, if you aren't then its not fair to him. People like to know why they are being dumped that way they can see what they did wrong if anything.
