    drink a beer. no im just kiddin. beer is fun, but thats not really a happy solution. my remedy is a cup of tea and a hot 3 hour bath- but yeah, lol. Just try to be optimistic. i know its easier said than done, but im rilly tired and kinda disoriented, so i cant at the moment think of anything better. :)

    Well vent out the sadness in all ways you can, sometimes exercise makes people feel better, talk to someone, or write poems, anything really. Do your favourite hobbie or stuff that you enjoy doing. xxx

    ok this sounds REALI pathetic but...think you're happy! or do something you feel REALLY good about...or get hyper. Because you've been basically unhappy for a while, the new feeling of being happy is kinda new and makes you feel good! It's what I do and works :) if you wana talk im me on chic_uk_01@hotmail.com
