How do I tell him...?

A couple of months back, I was seeing this guy. He told me that he had too much on his plate to handle a full blown commitment...but me being weak hearted fell in love with him. I found out today that I am carrying his child! I really don't know how I can tell even my Mum, let alone him...I don't think he's anywhere near ready to help look after a child. The fact that we're not talking at the moment doesn't help either...I don't want him to think I'm using this child as an excuse to get talking again! Any advice would be so useful...I'd be extremely greatful! I just don't know what to do!

hi .. well i know you must be going through alot but despite whetehr hes ready or not teh fact is he is going to become a father.Having a baby isnt always about whats convineint to you .. you do what has to be done so he will have to step up and help you out it takes two to make a baby.TEchnically if he and yourself werent ready to deal with teh consiquences that came with unprotected sex you uys should have used protection but its alittle too late for that topic whats done is done.Best thing you can do is to tell your folks now taht its early so they have time to go through teh motions of freaking out and coem to accept it for what it is and you also have to tell the father whether or not he wanst to be involved he still has right to know and be kept informed the baby is soemhting beautiful you both made together.having a child is one of the most beautiful miracles of life it wont be easy at time sbut well worth it all when you see your baby for teh 1st time.i wish you lots of luck with your pregnancy and with telling teh one syou love i hope you have lots of support and help.

mostly I agree.... you have to tell your parents and you have to tell him, whether you want to or not....he's going to be a father, I think he deserves to know....I think you have to put differences aside for a moment and just tell em....
