If he is that awful to you it should be really easy to forget about him. It sounds like he is making it pretty easy actually. Guys can be jerks sometimes, but nobody deserves to be treated like crap. Every time he does something mean remind yourself that you don't deserve that.

If he has a gf he is off limits. That isn't right. Its not fair to her or you. Have you ever heard the phrase- have your cake and eat it too- well thats what it sounds like he is doing with you. I might be way off on this one but I don't think so. If he really liked you and wanted to be with you, he would.
