School Read My Poems

today the school held me back from leaving and going on the bus and said they saw some of my poems and were worried about me. I had to be picked up from school because they thought I was going to suicide. I thought it was ridiculous. I told them it's MY poetry and it isnt at school. they can't do anything about it! can they??? now I need out of school therapy! the school psychologist even showed my principle them and said I needed professional help and said it wasnt normal for someone to write this stuff. I got so upset and started cursing at the psychologist. I told them they can burn in hell with the school. and I asked to call my brother but they wouldn't let me talk alone with him. they had to be in the room. then my dad came from work and picked me up and they told him about everything and he read some of my poems too.

does anyone think that's stupid?? and NONE of the schools business? I got pissed off and threw my folder at the wall when she wouldnt let me call my own brother in private. they can't do that. can they??? I want to get to the bottom of this and do something about it. I was humilated too. I don't even want to write poems anymore and post them on this site. I can't believe this. they're like spying on me.

I have no idea! they wont tell me! I asked and they said they found out from some students. I dont talk about my poems at school!

I'm so sorry!!! Don't let it stop you from posting, just get a different sn or something....I don't know what to say, but surely they invaded your personal privacy or something....then again, it may be the school's computer...school's property.. oh I don't know, but just hang in there, and just write poetry down on paper. Don't worry about posting if it really bothers you. It doesn't mean you can't check out other people work though and offer constructive critisism.

I didn't log into my name on the schools computer though. I didn't even go on this site on the schools computer. I'm so confused.

that really sucks! one of my worst fears is that someone like the school or my family or some of my friends would read my poems and do something similar. i really hope it will turn out okay. that just sucks so much, id be really angry with them too. i mean, probably people like thjat would be worried about me if they saw my poems, but they really shouldnt and they should just stay out of it and at least leave the rest of the school out of it. and i also log it at school. i would really freak out if even one of the kids found them and told the teachers or the rest of the school. again i say, that really really sucks and i wish you the best of luck in the coming weeks. i hope youll be okay!

Just don't trust anyone at schools, high schools, or middle schools. Everyone's after one thing-popularity and they'll climb over anyone to reach the stop. Damn the sociopaths. Don't trust even your friends with anything, everyone can turn on you in the blink of an eye, they have no obligation to you, other than their word, and words/promises can easily be broken.

thanks everyone. I feel like I can't do anything anymore at my school without getting in trouble or having to be called down to the psychologist. yesterday I drew a picture of some peoples faces from Twiztid, and these kids called me psycho! now the poems??? people already don't even talk to me cause they think I'm insane. :(

yea. and how I told people that I cut. my supposedly "friends" told the whole school and some teachers over-heard. what idiots! and I told them not to tell anyone! and most of them don't understand what I'm going through. they're like "ah you'll be fine. get over it. you're not depressed." and then I hear them going behind my back saying; "I hate when Andriana acts all psycho and suicidal. she needs to grow up. I hate when she complains." it's not my faut I'm depressed. :(

I don't write poems in school. and I don't like showing my friends. cause I know they'll think I'm even more insane.

your school is crazy.......and i'm still confused as to how they got one of your poems? maybe you were writing one in class or something, and then when you got up it fell on the floor, and it had your name on it, and then a teacher picked it up and was like *astonished*. just a suggestion?

yeah im scared to show a lot of my friends my poems too (except my friend who is here as well as at school) in fear they might do something similar to that. but similar things happen to my friend, people think its a faze or just attention seeking and they go around bad mouthing her or something for it. it really lame sometimes that none of them really understand.

Wow, I feel so bad for you....I don't think that I will ever use the school computer to log on this site again!!! But just remember that no matter what, they can't do anything about it!! My dad once read my poems too and he couldn't do a damn thing about it!! My parents took me to the doctor, but i just told him what he wanted to hear and the´n we went back hom....It's so easy to fool people!!! don't worry, just tell them what they want to hear!!!

I got called down again and they told me to stop writing like that. I just started to yell again and say it's none of their business but they said it is. I also told them I wont stop writing and I wrote two more poems last night. They asked to see but I'm told them to fuck off and it's my property. And they keep calling my dad on his cell phone when hes at work and its pissing him off. And he told me I'm making him go crazy. :( I didn't mean to do this to my dad..I had enough times of being called down to the psychologist about my depression. She tried comparing me to the kid in Minnesota who shot 10 students and then himself. She said they don't want to take a chance and let it go. They actually think I'll do that. What bullshit!

they also told me to delete my poems too and throw them away thats on paper! I'm not gonna delete 51 poems!!! that's my work that I'm very proud of!

i don't know what i would do if my skool did that to me. I havent showed anyone about these poem because of what some1 said earlier .. that anyone could turn on me

I think it's wrong that they read your poems but they told your dad because they have to. the exact same thing happened to me, and they explained that they had to tell my mom because it was the law. anything the psychologist sees or hears about you is confidential unless you're pregnant or suicidal. but I don't think that psychologist is a very good one, because there are tons of teens who ride depressing poems and if she's surprised enough about it to show your principle, then obviously she's not very experienced. I've been to many psychologists including the one at my school and i don't think yours handled it very well.

yea. i dont think they handled it well either. they are really advising me to take out of school therapy.

just tell them thats how you cope and i mean i right shit but it doesnt mean i am psycho

that really sucks that they want you to stop writing them or delet them. imean, having you go to counciling is bad enough, but the poems help and theyre your way of expressing yourself, you shouldnt have to delet all of that. that really sucks, i dunno what you should do xcept maybe tell your dad all about it and hope he'll take your side. i know probably you wouldnt want to, but it may be the only way to save your poems if they persist with this. thats so lame of them...anyway i wish you the best of luck!

omg. i got expelled out of school today. im going to therapy in one hour. they said the school is scared that im gonna shoot 10 people like the kid in minnesota! my dad is taking their side! and he was yelling at me in the car and it made everything worst! but im still okay, im a happy person and id never suicide! they think i will and my dad doesnt want to leave me home alone anymore. i wanna go back to school and see my friends. i miss my friends. but i hate the school. :(
