    goopy (think it's the bumpy) side towards teeth. it doesnt really work all that well though. you might as well save the money for a teeth whitening at the dentist.

    You put the bumpy side on your teeth, but its true they don't really work all that well. You should try the colgate simply white stuff, it works so much better.

    Rembrant White strips, while somewhat pricey, are very effective. Just...dont sleep with them on by accident. Six hours of slow acting chemicals against your gums...ouch.
