Tea: Natural Anti-Depressent?

    its just a CNS stimulant....but it can give some people a placebo effect....like if u tell them its a anti-depressant and if they believe u and so drink it..they will get a placebo affect......

    i dont know about herbal tea though there so many different types ..so u can try those...

    Green Tea is an antioxidant it can be good to help maintain cholesterol. It neutralize harmful molecules in the body known as free radicals. It is good for maintaining good health. I have heard it can help lift ur spirits but I don't know about that. I drink it but haven't found it to work as an anti-depressent. It has less caffeine than alot of things such as coffee and it's supposed to give u more energy. Well thats all I know about it! Didn't mean to write so much!
