what does fate mean?

-The supposed force, principle, or power that predetermines events.
-The inevitable events predestined by this force.
-A final result or consequence; an outcome.
-Unfavorable destiny; doom.

Basically when soemthing happens out of the ordinary that people believe happens for a reason.

like... example.
i go to work, and find that my friend who was supposed to be there, wasnt yet.
i get someone to cover for me, and i go to look for her,
her car broke down, and she couldnt get to work. or call.
so if i hadnt of looked for her, she would have gotten fired.

or how about love fate.

I was tired as hell, and sick, and i didnt want to go with my old time friends to hang out like we used to.
but i go anyway.
and one of my firiends friends is there, ive never met him before, but he had just came in town for that day.
well the first time we meet, we clicked.
and if i wouldnt have gotten up to go wtih my friends, i would have never of met my my fionce
he would have left back home to alaska
and i would have stayed home, missing out on love.
