no. it is better than cutting yourself, because like they said above, it can kill you. but the ice/ salt really stings and does leave a big red mark. it isn't good to do either, it helps to talk to someone!! if u want to, my aim sn is x0TaShao8

Neither form of SI is a better thing The best thing is to try and deal with your problems and emotions in reallity so you don't have to resort to cutting ice or burning yourself
