How can I say

Over spring break I started getting feelings for a girl named haley that I knew from middle school. From what I understand she had feelings for me 2. But the only problem is that I really want to tell her how I feel, and stuff, and that I really miss her, but I don't know how to go about it, since me and her havents spoken since november. How can I bring it up to her and tell her? PLEASE HELP
