I am very in love with my one of my really good friends. He's one of the greatest people I've ever known. .He's one of the very few people who understands what I'm going through. The problem is he's in love with his best friend and is determined to be with her. I want to tell him how i feel but I don't think he could ever love me as much as he loves her and besides he's going through alot right noe and I don't want to add to it. so how do i get rid of this feeling? Does anyone know?! |

I think the best thing you can do is just try and move on. I know that it'll be hard but you just have to push your feelings aside and get on with your life. Be the best friend you can for him, help him out with his problems and you never know where it might lead ... |

its a tough situation that i havent really been in before...but ill try and give the best advice i can. like people have said above, you cant just give up love for someone, if you really love him, you should tell him, but since he is in some tough times himself, maybe wait a bit. continue to comfort, maybe try to just be his friend for a bit until things arent so rocky and you can tell him how you really feel. i know from situations my friends have had that not being around them or just trying to stop loving them doesnt work. so id probably suggest just to be friends for awhile. but dont try and get rid of those feelings, but dont hide them too long until you explode. like i said, tough situation, but this is probably the best course of action. i hope things turn out okay! |
