is it sad that u write alot of poems?

is it? cause i write alot of poems about my ex-gf... and my ex-gf and her friends think i have no life just writing poems and stuff... and i kinda feel ashame for writing the poems... cause that kinda just made things wrost between me and her... so writing alot of poem a good thing or bad?

Never, ever feel ashamed of writing poetry. Your ex-gf doesn't have a clue. Personally i would love it if an ex-bf wrote poetry about me, it's so romantic. Ignore them and keep doing what you're doing, if you love it and it makes you happy then there's nothing wrong with that.

Don't feel bad.I do the exact same thing.I've written many many many poems about a girl.

i write a lot of poems about my ex boi and i am well over him but u c is like a scar but still feels likea fresh cut even tho its healed

I do not think writing a lot of poems is sad at all, no matter what they are about. Poems are great. You are writing poems as a way to express yourself. Not too many people can say they have an effective way of expressing themselves.

Honey there are a lot of people on here that could benefit from writing more about their experiences rather than turning it to anger and agression against themselves. If you poetry comes from your heart then well done you - that takes courage and guts - even more so because you share it with strangers. Go to the mirror, extend your left hand over your right shoulder and give yourself a big pat on the back - you got real feeling inside you xx

writing alot of poems have its down side and good side... down side? shows u care for a person alot and writng down how u feel... and the person might not like the poem u wrote about them... good side? get the feeling out and let other people in the world see what u been past... and show everyone who much u love a person or hate........

hmm thats not very nice of them to make you feel ashamed of sumthing your good at and love to do.

writting poems is great...with out it i dont knoe how id get my emotions out...sometimes i dont want to even know that
