you could write him a really cute poem and put it in a card since you dont have money you could make him dinner or something spend the whole day with him

I took my friend out surfing for his birthday - Although it was ages ago, it was free. :/ Why not invite him over and get your parents to get out dvd's or something? Maybe that is just my simple mind.

its my boyfriends birthday next week and i havent got money coming out my ears either so hes coming over for like the day or evening and then il cook him a surprise meal :-) iv also bought him a dvd off amazon...they're really cheap!! xx
