how to tell

ive been seeing my school counciler recently to try and help me but i havnt yet told him tht i cut and i was just wondering if neone had ne ideas of how i could tell him coz i feel really stupid jst going...i cut myself...i dunno

I would decide if your sure you want to tell them...cuz as teys said they might be allowed to go and tell other poeple considering your putting your life in danger...

If u say u want to stop then they cant tell anyone bcos ur not in immediate danger. If u tell them and they feel the need to tell ur parents or whatever they will ask u first or at least tell u.
