I dont know what to do

hi everyone, Iv posted this because iv lost someone i love very much and now she has broken my heart. Today we talked on the phone and she told me we needed to break up. Im in tears of sorrow and pain right now and about to go crazy. Can any one help me? I understand alot of people out there are going through the same thing, and i like to hear what they have done to cope with it. I have a sudden itch to slice and cut but im not sure what to do :'( someone help
