i used to be addicted to drugs... i just lessened my dosage gradually until i was able to completely stop... DO NOT STOP OVER NIGHT!!! that will seriously mess you up... take it slow... just have patience and don't stop believing in yourself!

Amanda has got it right in my opinion I have been in recovery for a year if you find it impossible or too
difficult to get treatment find out if there is an AA or an NA meeting place you have to change the way you think I did NOT HAVE A LOT OF DIFFICULTY IN FOLLOWING THE TWELVE STEPS. The only problem i had was thinking that i could do it by myself
