Ok, it's getting bad again...

There is a category specifically for requests to read/comment your poems. PLEASE, use that category and not this one to do that.

It's getting so bad lately that I will only move the first one I find, if there are more requests by the same person, I will delete them.

Often times I have to tell morons just how dumb they are...

Let us all post and try to keep this on the front page for as long as possible...

This is the ONLY place in forum where you should post your requests to read, rate, comment and critique your poems.

There are more categories that are non-poetry related... but notice the last category just above. THAT is the category in which it is OK to request people to read and comment on your poetry.

its strangely amazing how people with the intelligence of a soaked sprout can still write poetry...

How can we actually get people to read this - Im starting to think in light of this post people are doing it purposely and even more - its so frustrating even more so for you elves no doubt...

People probably are doing it just to spite this post. Or they think they are not to make the request "in here" but it's ok, "out there"... which it's not... and their requests are getting deleted.

The only place a request to read your poems should be made is in the category "Requests to read/comment" poems.

Yea it is getting really annyoing. especially since they get rated and i still have a bunch of poems un-rated....its not fair.

I guess this needs brought to the top again, people are forgetting!

I'd also like to add that the forums are not supposed to be used as a place to post your poems to see if they are "good enough to post".

no texts should be posted in the forum. I know we get away from that rule in the "write-a-poem game threads"

geez. I agree. So many people are posting here with stuff like "PLZ READ MY POETRY!!"

Can't people read? I mean scroll down a bit past the "Writing Poetry" board and you'll find the "Requests to read/comment on poems"

No Matter how you say it:

"read my poems"
"please comment"
"Help me improve"

it is still a request to read your poems and this category is not the place for that.

Nor is members poetry titles Ann Marie and I have noticed that has been getting ridiculous. Almost every top rated poem as a plea of desperation for reading or votes or comments :oS

Yupz i Agree, if u want to be noticed, and have ure Poems and Comments Read, theres a whole Category on it, instead of wasting your time puttin it on here, and then they wonder why some people get upset.....talk to yall later PeAcE

xD.. Yes, I agree also.. Some people most certainly cannot read.. And it does get annoy .. espeically when its not in its right category.
