Sweetie I'm sorry you're not feeling to good today. I wish that there was something that I could do, that any of us could do, to cheer you up.

You're just now turning 14. Yeah, it may seem that you're a f*** up, and worthless, but sweetie you're not! No one is! Everyone is worth it. There's a black cloud hanging over you right now, but it will pass. You just have to help give it a little push!

It's hard to deal with. At any age. But sweetie, you're so young! You should be out getting dirty still! Not thinking about how horrible of a person you are! Things will get better. You still have so much time to fix things, and be a better person.
