Lights on... or off?

Hey after my little incounter down in spring break I had a question pop into my head.

How come some guys turn off the light when they are making out etc? Is it becuase they rather not see you?
I mean wouldnt it be easyer to see the person you are making out with?

So lost and confused, and trying to figure out guys. I guess it could work for women also.

Tho it almost seems that they rather not look at you.. thats why the lights are off... maybe i'm wrong. Guys feel free to post and maybe it would awnser my question!

Most women are self conscious about thier bodies I guess - its sad because the female body is so beautiful and men are visual creatures who enjoy the sight of it - girls get your gear off more often with the lights on - your man will love it :o) And your body confidence will slowly start to grow too :o)

Personaly, I like when my boyfriend turns the lights out....

I don't know...I find it to be a little more romantic, and when he forgets, and we start making out, I ask him to turn it off.

Also, when you're making out, you tend to get hot...turning off the light helps keep the temp down a little. Lol.

I don't know...I don't like making out with the light on...It's not because I don't want to see my boyfriend, and he doesn't want to see me b/c we always sit there and will put our foreheads together and make fun of eachthoer or sometihng, and sometimes we'll do quick kisses with our eyes open....but I don't know....

Ya i also think it takes time to be upfront and like with the lights off you can be yourself, and then gain more confidence as you go on.

I think that the lights off may just be habit, it's more of a mood thing.

The next time that he does that why dont you mention to light some candles, or invite him over and have candles lit, throw him down on the couch and have your way with him. He'll get acclimated to there being more and more light.

I like the lights off because I don't feel so uncomfortable, I know I'm not the most attractive person, and I would like guys to see me without the flaws and that way they only see the best.

This question really did make me wonder though. When I was with my ex he always turned the lights off, and I mean ALWAYS so I just phoned and he told me it's because it feels more romantic, and that we were more alone. I think he also did it in the hope that sex would come out of it, but the main reason is the whole romance thing.
