how can i help her????

my best frend has 4 the last cuple of weeks bin reli suicidal and i can tell she is so almost going to do it, i want to say sumthin 2 help and to stop her bt i dnt no wat 2 say 2 her, bcus she dusnt reli care about nethin nemre. im reli scared 4 her and want 2 help bt dnt no hw. if ne1 hs any advice or has bin in a similar situation plz cud u reply.

Hello.... ok... well I have and have had friends that are really depressed and you just have to always let them know how much you care... If you dont want to talk write a poem... if she cuts dont tell her to stop just stick by her and dont ever think she is attention seeking..... Tell her you are worried and keep to the point dont let her stop talking about it.... hope this helps a bit... love katie!

just always be there for her and tell her how much u care and that everyone loves her!!!
