Talk to close friends, write a journal, take a rubber band and snap it on your wrists. Those are the things I do when I am trying to stop. If that doesnt work youll need to get adults involved. I recently talked to my school counsellor about it. Maybe try going somewhere confidential where they don't know who you are? |

i agree with what everyone is saying. because i am a cutter and on 2004 in febuary, i want into the hospital and they had to sew my veins or something like that. because i cut myself way to deep that time. but not i just try to keep myself occupied, and try to talk to peoplr, or mostly i rite in a journal. |
