A Depressed Mum...

well, here's the deal. My mum has depression and is on anti- depreassant's and is undergoing councelling. Im really worried because shes telling me all the time how she doesnt luv us anymore and is going to leave and how she is going to kill herself because there is no point in living. everynight she screams at my dad and tells him that she hates him so much. she told me that she dusnt care about me any more and she is going to leave her family. and she obvisouly dusnt care because she has shown that recently, not caring about anything i do or how i feel. i cant stand the fighting and screaming anymore and i hate having to live in this house. i dont know what to do and i am really scared.. can anyone help me out?

MMmmm I think my mum is depressed too, but undiagnosed. She has a way to bring everyone down with her. Even though she is overseas I was talking to her on the phone and she started crying from some silly misunderstanding b/w her and my dad, and pulled me way down, blaming me.
Hmm Your mum seems to be having a hard time and this prolly isn't the solution but I'd leave her alone. She obviously has to sort out her own problems so I'd say keep your distance or she will bring you down too.
Tell her that the screaming is selfish and that its hurting you. It's good that she is getting help.
