Question****

OK, my closest friend knows that i cut...and shes told me to talk to her before i want to cut myself so maybe she can stop me; she wants me to talk to her to sort things out. BUT sum of the time i can explain why i feel so bad, and i dont know if i should tell her before i do, mostly because i don't plan it. Anyone got any advice for me please? :S

my best friend sed exactly the same to me, and whever i got upset, i just phoned her, she made me laugh, made me smile, made me feel loved and welcome. and then i didnt wanna cut! simple! i love her for it

My friend was the same, so I would phone her just before I would cut myself, half the time we were so deep in conversation that I forgot about it. Trust me a friend can help.

my friend would say the same thing to me when i cut... i never really took her up on her offer, until the night i was gonna kill myself.. wow she saved my life just by supporting me. i think u should talk to ur friend before cutting, she'll prolly motivate u to stop... she really cares about u just for saying she wants to u to call her everytime u want to cut. ur lucky to have her!

I know exactly how you feel hun! Sometimes it's hard to explain why you even want to cut.
