For the girls out there...quick question...

When you first had sex...did you bleed alot? My friend asked me, but I didn't bleed atall so I was just wondering if there was alot or just a little for you guys? She's ready for sex...she just doesn't like the idea of bleeding everywhere. I'm sure she'd be real greatful if you could give some feedback! Thanks all! Take care x x x

This isnt first hand experiance, but here is what I know: You only bleed when your hymen breaks. That is a little piece of skin that covers the opening for the most part.

Being a virgin does not mean that your hymen hasnt been broken though, being a virgin means that you havent had sex. Lots of virgins have had their hymens broken by playing sports, using tampons, or masterbating, etc.

The first time you are usually sore, and you may bleed a little if your hymen breaks, but you shouldnt bleed a lot and it shouldnt be so painful that you need to stop or anything. If you are lubed up enough and ready for the action, you should be fine. You are actually very stretchy down there, and it helps if you are with a guy who knows what he's doing.

Everyone has a first time, and everyone lives through it, so dont worry too much.

Thanks for that hun! I think what she's just worried about is bleeding all over the bed...wouldn't be too pretty! I wouldn't have thought personally that you'd bleed that much if it's just a piece of skin that tears...but I really don't know!

It doesnt bleed much at all. The likelyhood is that her hymen isnt still intact anyway, most girls are not intact by the first time they have sex.

i bleed a decent amount but it wasnt until after words, i didnt bleed during. every one is different though

I didn't bleed that bad only a tiny amount.

I bled a little. Nothing to bad though. Yeah...some got on the bed and all that, but my ex just washed the sheets and no one knew. Lol.

You acn also after, get little droplets in your underwaer. So just tell her that if that happens, not to worry. It's normal! At least was what my doctor told me. Lol.
