heya all, i thought one of the last posts about letting all ur feelings out was rly great, so heres another one :)
for anyone hu thinks its "attention seeking" or "lame" then just fuck off k?! this is 4 people hu wanna let out some anger! or share their probs with a gurl who cares :)

ill go first! im not reeli angry, jst upset :(

ps. if you ever have a friendship as special as mine was, never let it go, it will tear you apart for the rest of your life, i wish someone gave me that advice before it was too late :'(

I knew this girl, for 4 years. We were best friends for 3 years, and on the third year, things started to go wrong, she got other friends and so did I, we forgot about eachother completely, well she forgot me anyway.
She had told me i was only "kinda" her best friend, then after that it turned to "i have lots of best friends" then "ur not my best friend, accept it" kinda thing. and im not sure why, but this hit me in the stomach like a million daggers :'( i had a mini breakdown and was an emotional wreck.
She had me doubting my abilty to be a good friend, doubting myself, my talents, my body, even my friends. and she hurt me, she hurt me alot.
Anyway recently we had a little chat, and she came out with things like "i miss you, you wil always be m,y best friend" etc etc and i was speechless! i had literally JUST accepted the fact tht we were "over" and now im back to square one :'(

She means alot to me still, and sometimes i feel like all she said tht night was total lies, just trying to prove to herself tht she wasnt a total bitch. but then the part of me tht trusted her for three years tells me, give her another chance, u no shes ur best friend.

I miss her, ill admit that, i miss having her there to cry with, to laugh with, to watch sad movies with and hug eachother and cry until we feel better, i miss her laugh and he smile and the way she makes me feel better after an argument, or summit serious tht may have happened. But i dont know what to do! sometimes i feel like she is ashamed of me, ashamed to admit to the everyone tht i am her best friend, i mean she told ME i was, but then never mentions me or how much she cares about me to anyone else. id shout to the world tht she was my best friend if i could. It hurts me so much that she wouldnt do the same :'(

anyway im not gonna angry at her, coz i love her too much, but ne1 elses whos angry, let it all out :) it helps :)

ps. if any of you ever have a friendship like that, crying laughing sharing everything together type friendship, dont let it go. you will spend the rest of ur life regretting it,i wish sum1 told ME tht. :'(

Wow, this sounds a lot like me. I have a friend that is kinda like that.
Like, she used to tell me I was her best friend, but she would never tell it to anyone else, and when she was around her other friends she would say that she was their best friend, not mine.

She's found a lot of new friends, and when we are on the phone she always talks so good about all of them, but then she will insult me, but she will say that she's joking so idk. Also her new favorite phrase to say to me is "Your just jelous." oooo i hate that soo much lol.

Like you said up there ^^ she does have her moments where she will say, "you'll always be my best friend" but i think she's lying.

I really miss her, but shes pretty much forgotten about me.

Anyways, same advice as above, dont EVER let it go. It hurts so much.

We've been off and on since we met though. Kind of sad.

What really upsets me is that she's the one that told on me when I was cutting myself. Well...I told her that the doctors all told me that I had clinical depression and was going to be put on meds and stuff. Well a couple of months ago she started telling me that she thought that she might be and she wanted to go to the doctor.

Well a couple of weeks ago she comes to me saying that she dug her nails into her arm, and cut her legs...twice on each leg...because she take her boyfriend anymore and the way he was treating her.

I told her to lose him. Blah blah blah...long boring story. Anyway...she then starts to tell me that she knows how I feel. She knows what it's like to want to cut, and what it's like to just want to curl up and die.

I want to go off on her so bad. If you guys knew her, you would too. She ALWAYS wants to be the center of attention. She makes it obvious too. If someone else is in the light, and she gets jealous, she mop around till someone pays attention to her. She always has to be on a guy and it's just sad.

She doesn't know I feel though. She's going to a counselor because she left home, and went back, and her and her mom decided that that would be the best for her. So she's going to it, and they told her that she doesn't have depression. Her mom told me this...but she doesn't have depression, she's not being put on any meds, or anything.

My friend then turns around and starts telling people that the doctor is wrong, that she needs meds or she's going to kill herself. The doctors all agreed that she's not suicidal.

I just hate how she's doing all this for attention but I don't know what to do about it! I can't talk to her about it because I dont' want her to get mad at me. We tried talking about it once and it just ended up with her telling me how horrible of a person I am.

*sigh* Oh well...welcome to my life I guess!

I have a friend and she is sorta still a friend but she completely screws me round and I hate it.
We became friends in yr 7 and we had a dodgy class everyone ignored us so we stuck together and we were like the best of friends.

In yr 8 we made more friends but all was well, we would always go out after skool and do stuff and hang out and we'd go to each others houses and stuff, everything was sweet. We even dated 2 guys that were best friends.

Then in the last term of yr 9 we had this skool thing where u get sent to live in the country for 8 weeks and we were separated, put in different houses and then she just started ignoring me, to the point where to talk to her I had to stand in the flowerbed outside her bedroom window in the rain to talk to her bcos she wouldnt go into the communal area. She wouldnt walk like 5 metres to talk to me! She had the time of her life but it sukked for me cos I knew I had lost my best friend.

Now I'm in year 12 and we are still in the same group but she won't do anything with me outside of skool, and at skool we aren't in any classes together. What makes me mad is that whenever I wanna do something with her she is always busy, even 2 weeks in advance, she always gives some excuse like she has to do hw. But then she will spend the whole weekend with her bf (fair enuf), but more often 2 of our other friends. She is always with them and will never go near me.

I'm seeing her today, but she decided that she didn't just wanna see me so she invited everyone along, including the two friends she is always with. Its sad cos we used to tell each other everything, but she doesn't even know that my uncle suicided last year because every time i went to tell her she was always on the phone to other ppl too and if i tried to talk to her she is always surrounded by ppl and doesnt seem to grasp the idea of talking in private. Sigh. Makes me think that I am a really bad person.

hehe, matt you sound aweseome and georgi, u sound funny lol, every forum i go to theres always an ongoing convo between georgi and sum1 lol, it makes me laugh!!! does that mean your here for me too matt???

well my problem starts with me trusting a guy that i shouldnt of trusted but he was so nice to me, one of my "best friends" brothers, so anyway she got me to stay over one night and i did, and than we all went for a walk to the park, shaun (the guy i shouldnt of trusted) told me to come on the swing set with him, so of course i did, and kylie(the "best friend"/sister) was talking to one of shauns other friends
so anyway shaun ended up bashing me up and than leaving me in the park after raping me, he had my shirt off and stuffed most of it in my mouth so i couldnt scream, than i ran away, i didnt know where i was, but i rung my mum and she came and picked me up, she wanted to know why i wanted to go home at midnight and i just shrugged her off, still silently crying, the next day i rang kylie to tell her what her brother did, she replied to me with 'yeh that was point, get a hint, that is the reason he wanted me to get you to stay over for,' she totally stabbed me in the back, she never was my actual friend, just using me for shauns sake, anyway i cant take him to court because i refuse to go through all the shit i went through again, but now he continously bashes me, wow feels so much better to get all of that out, sorry for wasting space georgie
